Due to ongoing supply constraints, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following purchase limitations:

• Maximum of 3 items per person, per day

Please note that our system does not automatically enforce this limit. Orders exceeding this quantity may be subject to cancellation.

For customers interested in wholesale purchases of matcha products (1kg or more), we require verification of corporate information prior to initiating any transactions. This measure is in place to ensure proper quality control and to prevent unauthorized resale or export.

At present, we do not offer bulk or wholesale sales to individuals, including sole proprietors.
